What is the reserved area?
To create an account on Giannotti Diffusione you will have to fill all the boxes on the dedicated page "New customers". Click on "My account" to have access to it. Once you have been authorized you will receive an e-mail. Every sometime we will ask you to provide any document representing your company and V.A.T. number.
You can access you account in any moment by clicking on "my account". You can find it on the right top. To access your account remember to use your e-mail address and the registration password.

How long does it take to be authorized and enter the reserved area?
As soon as we receive your request we will preceed to check your informations and confirm your account. In case we don't know each other you will be requested to provide you company identity documents.
I forgot my password, how do I recover it?
Recover your password is very easy, just follow the link to the account access. Once you've filled the box with your e-mail address you will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

Yes, Even if you are already our customer you will have to proceed with registration.
